Cheese Co. we are proud to offer our customers some
fine examples of traditionally made
cheddar
cheeses which are painstakingly made to perfection
using original recipes with traditional hand making techniques.
Some of these
cheddar cheeses can take up to 10
months to mature and ripen and it is only when they are
fully matured that they are made available for purchase
on our website.
Cheddar cheese can be
used in a variety of dishes, some of which you will find
in our online recipe section, and is equally at home being
enjoyed on its own or accompanied with
chutney,
crackers or wine. As well as cheddar we also stock a full
range of other farmhouse cheeses including stilton and
several
French
cheeses.
